Basically, This is a part of D.B.A responsibilities GRANT means permissions for
example GRANT CREATE TABLE ,CREATE VIEW AND MANY MORE. REVOKE means cancel the grant (permissions).So, Grant or Revoke both commands
depend upon D.B.A.
