It seems like by default, when you do a get items from a SharePoint list within Power Automate that it doesn’t bring in lookup columns…is there a way to get those values?
Please provide example.

Sometimes you may encounter some glitches while working on power automate that it doesn’t bring some if the related fields in the dynamic content, the best way to get it worked is that you should save the current progress of the flow and then close it and then reopen and you might see the same thing is working now that was not working earlier.
Regarding the lookup columns, it seems a refresh issue regarding the column views. Once you change the view in the get items action to show id only the it would showed up in Power Automate. Then after updating the view you can change the changed the lookup and you will see it is showing the lookup columns now.
